I had a fantastic experience with Biffi Boutiques, and I will definitely be using them again in the future.

I’m very pleased with the Vilebrequin swimming shorts I had ordered, but I also decided to return one of the items I had ordered.

The returns process was very straight-forward, despite living in the UK and having to return the item to Italy.

Even more pleasing was the fact that all of the costs for the return were covered by Biffi themselves, which is great.

Ordered a fendi bag with express delivery (2 days). Didn’t show up after 4 days, so emailed and enquired. They cancelled the order and issued a refund with no explanation.

I am really impressed with the Biffi! First, my designer shoes were really competitively priced and second, which I find more important these days, the arrived in record speed from Italy (2days) beautifully packed and protected!!! Can highly recommend and will definitely shop again.

I ordered an expensive coat and all was good until it got held in customs coming into the UK. Absolutely no help from customer services by web chat or email. I must have been mailed them over 20 times asking them to sort it out and got no help what so ever. In the end I tracked it down in customs and sorted it out myself after three weeks of total frustration.
No apology, no discount for late delivery, nothing…
Don’t bother shopping here find somewhere else.

Brilliant, great price and authentic product. Won’t get Stone island clothes for this cheap anywhere, definitely recommend.
